This compound butter is made with sundried Tomatoes, sometimes the tomatoes I get are dried, if you get these you will need to soak them for a couple of hours in water before you chop them up It’s great on vegies, like greenbeans, broccoli, or carrots.Try it on you favorites.
INGREDIENTS;
8 ounces sundried tomatoes (minced)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 lb. medicated butter (softened)
3/4 lb. unsalted butter (softened)
salt and pepper to tast
DIRECTIONS;
Soften butters overnight at room temprature.
Chop up all ingredients as fine as you can, or use a food processor.
Add ingredients to the pre- softened butter and mix well.
Roll it up and chill;)
